Privacy notice

Short and plain. Here is what happens to the details you give me.

What I collect

When you send a booking request I collect your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address (if you give one), who the visit is for, the topic, your time zone, the time you chose, and anything you write in the notes box.

Why I collect it

Only to arrange and run your consultation. I use your phone number or email to confirm the time, share payment details and send your video link.

Who can see it

Only me. Your request is saved in a private database on Cloudflare, and a copy of the request may be sent to my email. If you give an email address, a confirmation may be sent to you through an email service. I do not sell your details or use them for advertising.

Please keep the notes short

The notes box is optional. You do not need to write private health details there. We can talk about everything on the call.

The video on this site

The interview video is played from YouTube. YouTube may set its own cookies when you press play.

Keeping and deleting your details

I keep booking details only as long as I need them for your care and for my records. If you want your details deleted or corrected, email hi@ashara.doctor.

Emergencies

This site is not monitored around the clock. In an emergency in Sri Lanka, call 1990 or 1926 (national mental health helpline), or go to your nearest hospital.
